  • Review of RFP/Bid documents
  • Attending Pre-Bid Meeting
  • Site Visit to identify the actual ROW Status/sources of materials/labour, subcon availabilities /other local information
  • Analyse and preparation of Pre-Bid Queries
  • Preparation Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for permanent and temporary works
  • Cost Estimation of the projects with value Engineering.
  • We also assist in Traffic Survey, furnish the details of revenue potential, Project IRR with Sensitivity Analysis to enable to prepare offer on BOT basis/Annuity basis and furnish all the details that may be necessary and required for submission of competitive RFP on BOT basis.

Provide all assistance to client at all stages in the bid preparation until the contract finalization.

Being Detailed Design Consultant (DDC), we design all the Permanent Works and issue “Good for Construction” drawings for execution of works. We check all the design and drawings from the constructability point of view, and to ensure that the design is adequate enough to cater for all the stages of construction including temporary support, ground improvement/ treatment, ground settlement etc.
