- Quality & HSE Review, if required
- Standard bidding documents & evaluation templates & reports frameworks for works having standardized designs & technical specifications
- Develop sub-contracting strategy
- Start-to-End Bid Process Management
- Formulation of Contract Management Framework
- Contract Administration & Management
- VO/Claims management
- Communication & documentation management
- Interface Management between Client/ Consultant/ Contractor/ Sub-Contractors.
- Contract close out formalities monitoring
