We do complete Pre-Bid Engineering starting from Study of Bid Documents, Data collection from client/ Site, Evaluate the project/preparation of pre-Bid Queries, Provide suggestions and evaluate an alternative method, Prepare conceptual design drawings, Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimates and final presentation for management for Bid Review.
50 + Detail Engineering
Being Detailed Design Consultant (DDC), we design all the Permanent Works and issue “Good for Construction” drawings for execution of works. We check all the design and drawings from the constructability point of view, and to ensure that the design is adequate enough to cater for all the stages of construction including temporary support, ground improvement/ treatment, ground settlement etc.
